An accomplished technology professional, I bring to the table over a decade of diverse experience within the software development realm. I embarked on my career as a Web and App Developer at Laitart, where I began honing my skills in creating efficient, user-friendly interfaces. I furthered my skill set during a stint as a Graphic Designer at Kamar, applying my insights into user experience in the realm of visual design.
In 2013, I joined Absysco as a Technical Support Engineer and QA Engineer, where I deepened my expertise in software testing and user support. Since 2015, I've been working remotely from Poland for Webflow, a pioneering web design tool company based in San Francisco, California. I started as a QA Analyst, progressing to Senior QA Analyst, Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET IC1), and currently working as a Software Engineer (IC2). I am now in the process of transitioning to the IC3 level, signifying my growth and experience.
My primary role within Webflow is on the Test Infrastructure team, where I am tasked with creating tools and solutions to write high-quality tests and collect metrics. Over the years, I have built several custom solutions for the testing environment, heavily utilizing Cypress.io. I have developed custom Cypress runners, test parallelization services, and test metric services, contributing to shaping my team's work.
In my day-to-day work, I predominantly use JavaScript/TypeScript, but I am also adept at interpreting other programming languages when required. My strong QA background ensures that quality remains a constant cornerstone of my work, driving the creation of software that consistently meets and exceeds user expectations.
In addition to my professional pursuits, since 2019, I have been co-organizing and speaking at ŁuczniczQA, a local IT event in my hometown, Bydgoszcz, Poland. This initiative enables me to share my knowledge with aspiring professionals, fostering a thriving local IT community. In every endeavor, my objective remains consistent: to produce and advocate for high-quality software that surpasses user expectations.
